1:00 PM  -  President Giacomi called the meeting to order.

The meeting was called to consider additional information affecting the 2022 Budget.  After extensive review and debate the following motions were made:

Motion was made and passed unanimously to set the 2022 quarterly per unit dues assessment at $4,050 per unit, an 8% increase from 2021, effective 01/01/2022.

 Motion was made and passed unanimously for a $800 per unit special assessment for fire safety abatement to be due 04/01/2022.

 

2:30 PM  -  President Giacomi adjourned the meeting.

All meetings are held at the Chinquapin Carriage House unless otherwise specified. Members will be able to call in to attend.
