General Manager Contract Session
After review and discussion the following motion was made:

Motion was made and passed unanimously to extend the current General Manager’s contract with Mitch Packard for an additional year through 12/31/2022  at the current rate of $95k per year.

Maintenance Contract Session

After review and discussion the following motion was made.

Motion was made and passed unanimously to extend the current maintenance contract with WMC for an additional year to 12/31/2022 at the current base rate with a $7,500 per quarter bonus payable at the end of each calendar quarter based on a performance checklist to be determined by the board.
